Ingredients:
- 1 portion of Yogurt
- 100ml of Oat milk
- Handful of Frozen raspberries
- 1-2 Bananas
- 1-2 tbsp Oats
- 2 tsp Flax seeds
- 1 portion Creatine powder
- 1 portion Protein powder
- 2 tsp GAYA
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
Instructions:
- Add everything into a blender
- Blend until it's super smooth
- Fix: If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, toss in another half-banana or a spoonful of oats
