GAYA Breakfast Shake

GAYA Breakfast Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 portion of Yogurt
  • 100ml of Oat milk
  • Handful of Frozen raspberries
  • 1-2 Bananas
  • 1-2 tbsp Oats
  • 2 tsp Flax seeds
  • 1 portion Creatine powder
  • 1 portion Protein powder
  • 2 tsp GAYA
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Add everything into a blender 
  2. Blend until it's super smooth
  3. Fix: If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, toss in another half-banana or a spoonful of oats
