Your Responsibilities
You will provide operational support to the founders and work at the interface with our partner agency, WITWINKEL AG. Your focus will be not only on execution but also on the measurable success of the initiatives.
Social Media & Community
Active management of our channels as well as community management (interaction, Q&A, feedback).
Trend Scouting & Briefing
Identifying “winning trends” (e.g., on TikTok/Reels) and creating precise briefings for content production by the agency.
Growth Support
Support in performance marketing by analyzing paid ad data (feedback loop: what works?) and deriving optimizations.
Content Adaption (AI)
Leveraging modern AI tools to quickly and efficiently create or adapt existing assets for various channels.
Outreach & Events
Researching strategic partners (POS) and influencers, as well as assisting with event activations.
Your Profile
We are looking for a driven individual with a keen interest in how a company scales and who brings a solution-oriented approach.
Education
Current or completed studies (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication) or a similar qualification.
Startup Mindset

Analytical Mindset
You are interested in what happens after “posting” (clicks, conversions, data). Data-driven solutions are the foundation for your decision-making.
Languages
Stylistically confident German in speech and writing; English skills required (B2 or higher); French is a plus (B1 or higher).
