How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

Are there any shipping costs?

For orders under $100, a shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged. However, all orders over $100 will be delivered for free, allowing you to save on shipping costs and enjoy complimentary delivery.

Can I still change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please send an email to info@gaya.earth  Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Can I return my order?

All orders can be returned within 30 days. Once we have received the returned order, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

What benefits do I get by subscribing?

You get both the best prices as well as the comfort of not having to reorder around the time when you run out of product. You still keep full flexibility, as you can easily skip an order or pause and cancel your subscription anytime!

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, our subscriptions are fully flexible. You can cancel anytime, even after your first order. You can also keep your subscription and pause it, or simply reschedule or skip one order in case you still have product left.

How can I manage my subscription?

You simply log in with your email on the account page, which is accessible through the profile icon in the header. There you can skip your next order as well as pause or cancel your subscription.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. How do I change my account password?
