From Antarctica to Davos

The future of health is preventative , sonic , and AI-monitored.

My last two conferences (Wonder Summit in Antarctica and World Economic Forum in Davos) I dedicated to unterstanding Medicinial Psychedelics and Longevity better, learning from the best such as Rick Doblin , Paul Stamets and Mary Ann Tsao What do I mean by that?

1. Preventative 🧬

For decades, our health systems have largely been shaped around treating disease driven by pharmaceuticals and insurance models that intervene once something is already broken.

The next chapter flips the script. We focus on preventing disease before it starts, by designing healthier lifestyles and environments.

This begins with three non-negotiable pillars:

Food 🍎

Reducing sugar intake and ultra-processed foods, not as a trend, but as a systemic shift. Microdosing psilocybin proofs to be very valuable for neurogenesis, potentially preventing dementia. More peer-reviewed studies are currently being done.

Sleep 😴

Re-thinking our relationship with caffeine to protect sleep quality, regulate cortisol, and respect our circadian rhythm especially after noon. Reducing screen time before and after sleep also helps to improve sleep.

Movement 🏃

Normalizing daily exercise and building a true fitness culture, supported by health insurance incentives that reward prevention, not illness. Group-exercise especially nurtures both community and body.

Supplements can support these pillars but they can never replace them.

2. Sonic 🔊

We are witnessing a rapid evolution in sonic technologies from targeted sound waves used to treat tumors to broader therapeutic applications.

The healing potential of sound isn’t new. Ancient cultures understood it intuitively What’s different now is that modern science and technology are giving us the tools to measure, refine, and responsibly scale these effects including frequencies beyond our conscious perception with bio-electric applications such as Innerstill by Ellyn Ito.

3. AI-monitored 🤖

When lifestyle, biology, and environment are continuously observed, ethically and transparently, AI can help us detect imbalance in our bodies before it becomes disease. Let’s use AI where it’s best, in making sense out of vast amounts of data.

Pre-vention, not re-action is the future and we have all the tools to lead to this world. The answers to everything that is important out there are at the edges of our world.
